• CF Commercial disposed of the leasehold interest for “The Bowery” at 36-38 New Oxford Street, London WC1. The term was based on an existing 25 year lease from 28th September 2002, expiring

        27th September 2027, at a current passing rental of £97,500 pax. A positive premium was paid for the benefit of the leasehold interest.
