Craig Fisher set up CF Commercial in 2008 to revolutionise the ways landlords, investors and developers viewed their retail and leisure offerings. Realising many consumers were tired of seeing the same old brands over and over again, Craig went out of his way to source independent operators for some of London’s most exciting mixed-use developments. CF Commercial have since expanded into creative office space, realising many of the lifestyle trends driving change in retail and leisure are present in workplaces.

Harriet Gidney recently joined CF Commercial as an associate director and has over 9 years’ experience in the retail market. She previously worked in the West End for a surveying company in their tenant representation department, working on both acquisitions and disposals for retailers. Harriet will be helping to lead the retail and leisure agency team at CF Commercial.
Outside of work Harriet is extremely interested in sport and regularly plays netball and tennis. She recently completed the London to Brighton Cycle Ride. Apart from sport she also enjoys catching up with friends and visiting new restaurants around London.

Marc recently joined the CF Commercial team, having previously worked in the CBRE City Office where he provided development consultancy advice on major mixed use development schemes throughout key regeneration areas in East London and Docklands.
With experience in occupier agency and investment fields within the residential, office, industrial and retail sectors, Marc adds a new site acquisition and disposal capability to CF Commercial as it expands beyond its original focus on retail and leisure.
Marc is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management.
Outside of the office, Marc enjoys travelling, keeping fit, socialising and is a keen golfer.

Daisy joined the team in November 2015 having previously worked in the retail acquisitions & development teams for both Sainsbury’s Supermarkets & McDonalds Restaurants. She graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a first class degree in Planning & Property Development. Daisy will be working in the agency team.
Outside of work Daisy is a winter sports enthusiast and enjoys checking out the latest fitness crazes. She spends a lot of time in East London checking out the best places for food, drinks & music.

Tom joined the team in November 2012 having had previous work experience in a variety of sectors including investment agency and property development. He works on both disposals and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the new developments shaping the urban landscape of East London.
Outside of work, Tom can often be found trying the latest new bar, restaurant, shop or Pop-Up that London has to offer. He also recently completed Tough Mudder London West 2016, primarily as punishment for eating too much.
"It is exciting to be working in such a vibrant retail destination like East London. In particular, I enjoy playing an active role in the significant redevelopment taking place in the area following the 2012 Olympic Games."
Lili Barras-Hargan joined CF Commercial in July 2017 as a recent graduate of Rhodes University in South Africa. During her time at university studying Journalism and Media Studies, she gained experience in a number of media environments. She previously worked as the Editor-in-Chief of her university newspaper, training young journalists, producing and managing various media platforms such as online, newspaper as well as radio and TV.
In her free time, Lili can be found cycling around London, travelling, gymming and updating her vegan blog.
