Craig Fisher set up CF Commercial in 2008 to revolutionise the ways landlords, investors and developers viewed their retail and leisure offerings. Realising many consumers were tired of seeing the same old brands over and over again, Craig went out of his way to source independent operators for some of London’s most exciting mixed-use developments. CF Commercial have since expanded into creative office space, realising many of the lifestyle trends driving change in retail and leisure are present in workplaces.

Zack has a wide range of commercial experience; working for business owners, running a team, managing and co-owning businesses. Having spent twenty years on commercial leasing in the office agency market he has completed transactions within all office sectors including virtual offices, flexible and co-working spaces, serviced offices, leasehold and freehold.

Outside of work, he is an avid sportsman, with a special interest in football and tennis. He spends most weekends now as a duber (daddy Uber) taking his three children to sports, drama and parties.
Harriet Gidney recently joined CF Commercial as an associate director and has over 9 years’ experience in the retail market. She previously worked in the West End for a surveying company in their tenant representation department, working on both acquisitions and disposals for retailers. Harriet will be helping to lead the retail and leisure agency team at CF Commercial.
Outside of work Harriet is extremely interested in sport and regularly plays netball and tennis. She recently completed the London to Brighton Cycle Ride. Apart from sport she also enjoys catching up with friends and visiting new restaurants around London.

Marc recently joined the CF Commercial team, having previously worked in the CBRE City Office where he provided development consultancy advice on major mixed use development schemes throughout key regeneration areas in East London and Docklands.
With experience in occupier agency and investment fields within the residential, office, industrial and retail sectors, Marc adds a new site acquisition and disposal capability to CF Commercial as it expands beyond its original focus on retail and leisure.
Marc is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management.
Outside of the office, Marc enjoys travelling, keeping fit, socialising and is a keen golfer.

Daisy joined the team in November 2015 having previously worked in the retail acquisitions & development teams for both Sainsbury’s Supermarkets & McDonalds Restaurants. She graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a first class degree in Planning & Property Development. Daisy will be working in the agency team.
Outside of work Daisy is a winter sports enthusiast and enjoys checking out the latest fitness crazes. She spends a lot of time in East London checking out the best places for food, drinks & music.

Tom joined the team in November 2012 having had previous work experience in a variety of sectors including investment agency and property development. He works on both disposals and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the new developments shaping the urban landscape of East London.
Outside of work, Tom can often be found trying the latest new bar, restaurant, shop or Pop-Up that London has to offer. He also recently completed Tough Mudder London West 2016, primarily as punishment for eating too much.
"It is exciting to be working in such a vibrant retail destination like East London. In particular, I enjoy playing an active role in the significant redevelopment taking place in the area following the 2012 Olympic Games."
Max recently joined the CF Commercial team, having previously worked in Strettons’ City/City Fringe office where he was responsible for overseeing the retail and leisure instructions across the City Fringe and into East London.
Max is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and graduated from Kingston University with a masters in Real Estate.
Outside of the office Max is an avid Chelsea fan and took part in the most recent City Agents vs West End Agents charity boxing fight.
Marina joined CF Commercial in October 17. She previously worked for a charity in Southwark, managing projects and looking after Marketing and Social Media. Marina acts as a Client Relationship Manager for CF Commercial. In addition to this, she is responsible for all Marketing, PR and Media Communications.
“I am very excited to take on the social media element of my role, as it is where most of our customers are. I am also involved in the current re branding of CF Commercial alongside getting the new website live. It is an exciting time to be joining the team.”
In her free time Marina practices yoga, helps to organise a music festival or experiments with creating vegan recipes to share on her blog.
