      Job Description

       

      Reporting to the Managing Director and supporting the associate directors and surveyors with their projects, meetings and marketing strategies for a range of properties within and outside of London.

      This will include anything from assisting with the Director’s diary to executing marketing strategies that will be presented to HNWI.

      7.       – Ability to work in a team or on own
      8.       – Ability to communicate effectively to all audiences
      9.       – Knowledge of Property terms (preferable)

      •     – Experience in preparation for invoicing; collating information from weekly task records & timelines
      •     – Typewriting of meeting minutes and distributing documentation
      •     – General office administration

       

      Management

       

      •     – Excellent organisational skills and highly efficient, very good eye for detail
      •     – Ability to work & task manage under pressure
      •     – Good time management/planning skills
      •     – Excellent in written and verbal communication skills are essential

       

      Digital Marketing

       

      •    – Be able to design and implement marketing strategies
      •    – Ability to use Adobe Programmes (Illustrator and Premiere Pro preferable)
      •    – Experience in creating marketing materials and presentations

       

      Social Media Management

       

      •    – Plan and professionally use Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and others
      •    – Mail Chimp – monthly newsletters to be sent out with good stories

       

      Website Manager

       

      •    – Trained in using the front-end of WordPress
      •    – Basic understanding of SEO
      •    – Write and distribute press releases when required

       

      Events/PR

       

      •    – Experience in co-ordinating team events
      •    – Organise, coordinate and manage PR activities on a day to day basis

       

      Formatting

       

      •    – Computer literate – good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
      •    – Preferred experience using Dropbox
