The International Quarter (TIQ)
Lend Lease’s TIQ, situated adjacent to the Westfield shopping centre will form a significant business community with 4,000,000 sq ft of office space and 350 residential units. The commercial space, across two sites, North and South, will include 25,000 sq ft of retail & leisure centre.
There were major office pre-lets to both Transport of London and the Financial conduct Authority (FCA) for 420,000 sq ft and 425,000 sq ft of space respectively.
CF Commercial is instructed as joint retail agents with Nash Bond and is excited to see how this project develops.
Taylor Wimpeys’ Chobham Manor, overlooking the velodrome, is soon to begin its marketing phase. Such an exciting, well-positioned site has already been gamering significant interest.
CF Commercial are advising Taylor Wimpey on 15,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Stratford Waterfront & UAL Campus
Stratford Waterfront is one of two sites that make up the ‘Olympicopolis’ – situated next to the London Aquatics centre.
CF Commercial are providing consultancy advice at pre-planning stages to London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) including how the retail & leisure can complement a new “destination for exceptional cultural experiences” (QEOP, 2016)
Tenants include the V&A museum, Sadler’s Wells and a new space for Washington DC’s mammoth Smithsonian museum.
This will line up alongside a new home for UAL’s 5,000 London College of Fashion students and 500 staff.
