Earlier this month East Village celebrated Guy Fawkes night with an impressive fireworks display.  Tickets were sold out well in advance and the evening proved a huge success with street food available for attendees.

Last week East Village’s on-site pub opened its doors.  Aptly named ‘Neighbourhood’ after the winning entry in the competition for residents to name their new local, it is located on Celebration Avenue in the heart of the community.  Visitors will be able to enjoy a range of quality craft drinks, succulent rotisserie cooked meats and a mouth-watering menu that focuses on simple food done well, available seven days a week.
