Hackney council appoints CF Commercial for Dalston scheme

The London Borough of Hackney has appointed retail consultancy CF Commercial to source retail and leisure operators for its Dalston Western Curve regeneration project.

Dalston Western Curve is just one of several developments currently taking place in the area, with a number of new housing schemes on their way, and Kingsland Shopping Centre undergoing a major refurbishment.

CF Commercial’s unrivalled knowledge of emerging retail and leisure talent has seen the agency take on some of the most exciting retail and leisure projects reshaping London.

Specializing in mixed-used developments, Shoreditch-based CF Commercial has previously worked with the likes of Resolution Property, Delancey, Berkeley Group and Lendlease to give new buildings and neighbourhoods a distinct and unique feel.

Craig Fisher, founder and director of CF Commercial, said:
“Dalston is an iconic location within London, and needs to have a retail and leisure scene that matches its position as a hub of creativity and innovation, which larger brands will not deliver.”
