CF Commercial consulted on the overall development of the retail and leisure space and was instructed on 30,000 sq ft of retail, restaurant and leisure space. Honing in on CFC's 'competitive socialising' experience, lettings include some of the UK’s best concept bar & food operators such as Junk Yard Golf and Adam Breeden’s new bingo concept Hijingo, alongside Rowbots, a new fitness concept.
