About the Project

Greenwich's Design District is one of the most important locations for London’s makers and creatives. Set across 630 hectares of land in Southeast London, Delta Wharf sits in the new Design District, a hub of makers, designers and creators comprised of five industrial units built as the precursor to the Design District.

Our Results

Knight Dragon enlisted CF Commercial to support the leasing of the first phase of the project Delta Wharf, and we worked closely with the client to craft a marketing narrative and collateral. We advised on the likely fit out specification and the finishing touches of the scheme such as supporting the production of a wayfinding and building numbering system for the development.

CFC quickly let the units to a variety of different tenants including Rugged London, a team of shopfitters specialised in reclaimed and salvaged materials; Borough Wines, an independant green retail pioneer; and Dazed Media Group, the world's leading fashion and culture publisher.
