About the Project

CF Commercial as successfully let 80% of the scheme to operators including Blue Tit, Mother Kelly's, Firezza and Fish House that are frequented by the community that lives in the fully occupied 2,818 residential units.

CFC is now working alongside the Delancey and the wider project team advising on the next phases of the development on a consultancy basis to ensure the ground floor units are being designed and built to suit the future commercial tenants that will occupy the spaces.
