About the Project

Elephant Park is a new development set over 28 acres of land in the centre of Elephant & Castle on the site of the former Heygate Estate. The new “green heart of Central London” forms part of a comprehensive redevelopment of Elephant & Castle, which includes Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre and Elephant 1.

Our Results

CF Commericial advised on the overall placemaking strategy for the first phase of development, including the ongoing marketing of the initial 65 units which are made up of shops, bars and restaurants.

Key tenants placed as part of the first phase include Hej Coffee, Dima Beautiful, The Tap In, Beza Vegan Food, Koi Ramen Bar, Pot + Rice, Tasty Jerk, Bobo Social, and Sugo.
