About the Project

Here East is the comprehensive office-led redevelopment of the former Press and Broadcast Centres from the Olympic Games, situated within the Olympic Park, just over the Canal from Hackney Wick. There is 85,000 sq ft of retail and leisure accommodation across 5 unique spaces: the Canalside, the Yard, the Theatrespace, the Undercroft and the Gantry with 30 retail and restaurant units. The office led development contains 1.2 million sq ft of office space focused on the TMT sector with tenants such as BT Sport, Coral Ladbroke’s, Matches Fashion.

CF Commercial was instructed in May 2014 and we have successfully let phase 1 on the canal side to successful restaurant and bar tenants including The Breakfast Club, MOTHER, Randy’s Wing Bar, F45, Four Quarters, Bucks Barbers and Gotto Trattoria.
