CF Commercial was instructed to market the 52,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space. CFC successfully secured an eclectic mix of retail and leisure tenants who moved into the space in 2018.

Key tenants placed include Tonkotsu, Itsu, Signorelli, Figo and Heavenly Desserts.
