About the Project

The Old Vinyl Factory is the £250 million regeneration scheme of the former EMI Vinyl Factory. The scheme is a mix of re-imagined Art Deco office buildings, new homes, innovation and educational hubs, restaurants, shops, gym, cinema and a live music venue making up 43,000 sq ft.

Our Results

CF Commercial was  instructed on leasing of 43,000 sq ft retail & leisure space.  placing a three-screen cinema in the scheme's Pressing Plant, as well as Nest, a climbing, gym and workspace in the scheme's Material Store.
