About the Project 

Westgate Centre is a residential lead scheme by Notting Hill Genesis located next to Hackney's iconic Broadway Market and London Fields area. Developed in response to the growth in demand for creative workspace, seven units span 10,000 sq ft and cater to the local community with spaces for designers and creative agencies.

Our Results

CF Commercial provided initial consultancy, advised on a bespoke marketing strategy and subsequently leased 10,000 sq ft of ground floor B1 accommodation at the Westgate Centre’s seven units. Targeting tenants in co-working spaces who wanted a self contained workspace, CFC targeted likeminded small businesses including Taylor Hawkes Design, Studio Trevelyan and Village Green who have been tenants since Westgate's inception. Together, these ground floor workspaces seamlessly complement the local retail streetscape tapestry of London Fields.
