David Hatcher talks to 12 small agencies that broke away from the “corporate beast” in the depths of the property crash.

Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed Cushman & Wakefield. The experience was invaluable and I worked with a great team, but working for a company that size you get pigeonholed. It’s just how it goes,” he says.
