CF Commercial have been appointed to work on three units within the Greenwich Peninsula, a project that will create 15,720 homes and 48 acres of green open spaces.

Nestled in a prime location two minutes from Canary Wharf and a stone’s throw from the Thames River, the Greenwich Peninsula will generate high footfall and contribute to the area’s growing popularity.

CF Commercial will be working on two units which will be suitable spaces for either restaurant or take-away establishments in the mixed-use community building, Aperture.

The third unit will form part of The Waterman, where CF Commercial is working on a space ideal for a coffee shop, cafe or bicycle cafe, located on the cycle route along the Thames.
