As well as unprecedented heat, we've had a record-breakingly busy month at CF Commercial, but the heatwave hasn't stopped us. We've loved seeing London in the sun, especially some of our new openings.

Summer has officially started here! The warmer weather brings longer and busier days for us here at CF Commercial. We have been busy adding a new team member to the CF family as well as new clients to our available unit properties. We all enjoyed our long Jubilee weekend celebrations and London was bustling with activity.

Time has moved forward and Covid-19 restrictions are no more which brightening the arrival of Spring! The streets of London are busier and livelier right before the Easter holiday, with Pret customers queueing three of four deep again which is encouraging! CF Commercial has kept busy with new openings and plans. We can finally enjoy a nice cup of coffee outside, working with colleagues and celebrating the holidays with family and friends! Well, it's been an incredible start to 2022! We're thrilled to see restrictions lifted in England. We're seeing more and more people passing by our offices in Shoreditch, and many of the tenants we have placed over the last few years have noted the welcome rise in business over the last few weeks.
