CF Commercial is pleased to announce that it has been instructed by the Berkeley Group to advise on the retail and leisure space of its largest regeneration project Woodberry Park, North East London. The £1 billion mixed-use scheme is being developed in partnership with Hackney Council, and, once complete, will feature 4,600 new homes and c. 25 retail units. The apartments will be built to a high standard and set in 64 acres adjacent to the spectacular natural surroundings of two existing reservoirs and Finsbury Park.
