“Qatari Diar Delancey has appointed agents to lease the retail and leisure element of the Olympic Park’s athletes village. CWM and east London-focused CF Commercial have been appointed to market around 40,000 sq ft of shops, cafes and restaurants…The development, which will be rebranded East Village, will have 2,818 homes, of which 1,439 will be let by the joint venture. The remainder will be affordable housing housing and social housing made available through Triathlon Homes. There will also be a medical centre and the 1,800-student Chobham Academy”
