CF Commercial have been appointed by Lift The Movement to find them a permanent site of 2,000 – 3,500 sq. ft. in Waterloo, London Bridge or Victoria.

Lift: The Movement was founded in 2015 with the aim of establishing Bodyweight Strength and Conditioning as a standalone fitness concept. Their aim is to provide a totally new concept in a unique, discipline-specific environment and redefine mainstream fitness norms.
