CF Commercial acted on behalf of Resolution Property in marketing the DEPT W building on Mile End Road.  Subsequently agreeing terms with Dept W Ltd t/a Foxcroft and Ginger on the basis of a new 3-year lease at an initial rent of £25,000 pax or 12% of the gross turnover net of VAT.

Foxcroft and Ginger are an all-day independent café and artisan coffee shop run by a husband and wife team, who are currently trading in Soho.  Their food and coffee is made from locally-sourced ingredients and, where possible, they make everything in-house. They are an excellent addition to this up and coming part of London.
