CF Commercial acted on behalf of The Estate Office Shoreditch in the disposal of their premises at 52 Redchurch Street to Burro e Salvia, by way of a new 10 Year lease, contracted outside the security tenure of The Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.

The commencing rent will be £39,500 p.a.x. Burro e Salvia are a new Italian delicatessen, specialising in selling freshly made pasta. This independent retailer will be a welcome addition to the unique character of Redchurch Street, Shoreditch.
