CF Commercial acted on behalf of The Property Trust in the disposal of 9 Carthusian Street to Momo’wich by way of a new lease at an initial rent of £25,500 p.a.x.

Momo’wich are an authentic Malaysian and Thai café serving a range of “pan-Asian bites”, and are based on Commercial Street. Their menu includes Curry Lunch Boxes, Soup Noodles, Wraps and Steam Sandwich Buns. Due to their high demand on Commercial Street they are now providing a delivery service to a variety of East and Central London homes and offices. The new branch on Carthusian Street is open and trading successfully.
