CF Commercial acted on behalf of Lobster Bar in the surrender of their lease at 205 Richmond Road, Hackney. Subsequently, they have assigned their existing lease to Patty & Bun Ltd at the current passing rental of £47,500 p.a.x.

Patty & Bun will be opening their doors on Richmond Road in mid-January 2017, and are set to be a great addition to the trendy area of London Fields.
