On 2^nd October CF Commercial attended Elefest, an event which celebrates the past, present and future of Elephant & Castle.  Highlights of the festival included screenings of productions filmed locally (such as Attack the Block), exhibitions and musical performances from local artists (including the Macabees), which were held at venues across the area.  There was also a contemporary street food and craft beer/cocktail offering at Corsica Studios’ Paperworks.

Elephant & Castle is currently undergoing significant regeneration with Lend Lease’s Elephant Park development (which involved the recent demolition of the notorious Heygate Estate) and Delancey’s planned redevelopment of the Shopping Centre to name but two schemes.  We look forward to witnessing the changing faces of Elephant & Castle.
