CF Commercial acted on behalf of Trilogy Property in marketing Republic, the former East India Dock site, by way of a new temporary lease.

Subsequently agreeing terms with Lunfardo Ltd (Quilombero) on the basis of a new 6 month lease.

‘Republic’ is a unique 600,000 sq. ft. office space which focuses on creativity, as well as a proposed state of the triathlon centre, gym, and a newly revitalised retail and leisure offering.

Quilombero is the new restaurant from the duo behind Rita’s in Hackney, Missy Flynn and Gabriel Pryce.  They have recently opened their doors to serve a menu that merges Argentine and Italian food, which incorporates both an outdoor grill and a wood-fired oven.  Their new canteen styled restaurant is sure to fit-in perfectly with the creatives that will be moving into the workspace campus over in East India Dock.
