Burger restaurant to make debut at Kings Cross

CF Commercial acted on the behalf of Cut & Grind in the acquisition of a prime site in bustling Kings Cross. Located on the ground floor of Urbanest’s 669-bed student accommodation scheme and a stone’s throw away from Google’s new campus, the minimalist restaurant will carry a retro aesthetic with a modern twist.

Mark Morgan, chief executive officer at Urbanest, said: “Creating the best living experience for residents means thinking carefully and creatively about mixed-use buildings. Blending quality food with the theatre of an open kitchen offers an exciting artisan take on a classic staple.”

Paschalis Loucaides, founder of Cut & Grind, added: “We are delighted to be launching at Urbanest, not simply because it puts us at the heart of King’s Cross, but because of our shared love of great design and of offering a premium service.”
