Resolution Property signs US celebrity gym for Alphabeta

US gym chain Barry’s Bootcamp is the latest tenant to take ground floor space at Resolution Property’s Alphabeta building in London’s Shoreditch.

The 240,000-sq-ft Alphabeta building is a substantial restoration and reformatting of the former Triton Court, between Worship Street, Shoreditch and Finsbury Square in the City, aimed at digital and creative sector occupiers. It features 20,000 sq ft of ground floor retail and leisure space, beneath 220,000 sq ft of offices.

Resolution retained east London-based CF Commercial to help attract artisan retail and leisure operators which would reflect the individuality of the development and its catchment.

Craig Fisher, director of CF Commercial, said:

“Sitting at the confluence of two of London’s most important business districts – one established, one up and coming – Alphabeta needs a retail space that reflects the diversity and vibrancy of the office occupiers it wishes to attract, and helps to bridge the gap between City and Shoreditch.”
