The 2m sq ft mixed-use development, which is situated adjacent to East Croydon station, proposes 1.25m sq ft of offices, up to 625 homes and 100,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants.
Last month, HMRC was secured as anchor tenant for the 180,000 sq ft One Ruskin Square, the first office building to complete later this year.
BOXPARK will also be opening within the Ruskin Square site in the coming months, immediately next to the station, to further develop the dining mix.
